Any deviation from the standards are also checked and rectified time to time. Quality Assurance The quality represents the standards of the company’s thoughts and implements. Quality means not only the quality of the product but also the quality of the worker, the internal and external environment, customers and so on. Our group takes care of the product from buying of yarns upto packed finished product. The in-house production facility at every stage and best source of raw materials strengthen the quality base.

Every product that we manufacture passes through stringent quality checks before they reach to our customers. The quality tests are being done by world renowned test labs to match the global quality standards. Latest technology and infrastructure supports to maintain the quality standards as well as innovation possibilities.

Order execution and Quality Control: (Quality Management)
Orders are closely monitored from sampling to delivery. Status on sampling, production and delivery are transmitted to buyers regularly. We maintain a pro-active approach towards identification of problem areas and corrective measures are taken immediately to ensure timely deliveries. Our quality monitoring system pertaining to production has four stages as explained below:

• Pre Production Check (PPC)
  Risks are reduced by checking material components, accessories / user manuals etc. at this stage itself.
• Initial Production Check (IPC)
  First finished products are checked against buyer’s specification and prototype sample. Deviations are identified and brought out for correction.
• During Production Check (DPC)
  Inspection during production is carried out to check and verify that the initial discrepancies have been rectified and to ensure the average quality standard of production runs.
• Final Random Inspection (FIR)

Final random inspection is carried out when the total consignment is packed and ready for delivery. FRI is performed according to the International Inspection Standards.

Even after sales, a complete follow up from the customer regarding quality and delivery of the fabric is obtained to make sure that we can achieve the best level of satisfaction.

The detailed physical inspection of the samples selected at random is based on specifications of the buyers and it cover the criteria such as design / style, shrinkage, accessories, appearance, markings, colour, labelling, material, assortments, workmanship, measurements, packing etc.
